the cloud requesting codes are hard coded in each action/resource modules. To interact with other cloud providers like SliceHost, needs to split the codes where access to Amazon EC2 directly.

Targed source files to be re-implemented:
- wakame/actions/launch_vm.rb - wakame/actions/shutdown_vm.rb - wakame/services.rb
