Cloud nutral agent identification

It is using the VM instance ID given from EC2 as its agent ID so far. This causes the strict dependency to the specific cloud domain.
For instance, there is a potential concern about the instance ID conflict between two regions since they are installed as different EC2 domain. so the agents in different regions may get back same ID to master.
To solve this issue, I think that it should have a structured ID.
